a. Corporate Letter of Intent (LOI) (Broker, intermediary company, etc.)
b. Seller’s response through a Soft Offer
c. Soft Offer (mandatory to be sent signed with acceptance of the conditions stated in the document)

d. Acknowledment of Trade Intermediation Fees.

e. Direct access to the Mandate «Presentation of Accreditation Conditions» or Buyer.

2.- Proceeding with the formal process of buying and selling commodities.
